Reminder: If you plan to give your coats to a local non-profit, they are packed six per box; boxes will not be opened or divided. Each box contains coats of the same size and gender but different colors and styles. You will pick up your coats in East Norriton in early October.

Participation Agreement
Agreement Terms*
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of registration by and between the registering dealership ("Dealer") and the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation ("ADCK").
Dealer wishes to participate in the ADCK New Coat Program. By entering into this agreement, Dealer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Dealer shall make a contribution in increments of $20 to the ADCK New Coat Program. ADCK shall use each $20 contribution to purchase a new child's winter coat.
2. Dealer shall designate a local social service agency of its choice to distribute the new coats or Dealer may elect to have ADCK choose how the new coats shall be distributed to deserving children.
3. If Dealer chooses to work with a local social service agency in distributing the new coats, Dealer shall pick up the new coats from the ADCK headquarters in East Norriton and deliver the new coats to the chosen social service agency.
4. Dealer shall have the benefit of using New Coat Program point of purchase materials for showroom display during the late summer and fall of 2023, and to use advertising and social media materials provided by ADCK for marketing to customers in dealership advertising.
5. Dealer shall NOT:
• Use the New Coat Program or Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation logos or other proprietary material in any manner except as specified under this agreement without prior consultation with and approval by ADCK;
• Sell the new coats from the program;
6. ADCK shall:
• Provide point of purchase materials for display in dealership;
• Provide electronic files and copy for dealership’s advertising and social media use;
• Include list of participating dealerships on ADCK website, with links to each participating Dealer's website;
• Advertise program in digital and electronic media;
• Provide template for local press releases for newspapers in Dealer’s community, upon request;
• Acknowledge participating Dealers, when appropriate, in advertising and social media promotion.
7. If Dealer does not adhere to the terms of this agreement, ADCK will have no obligations to advertise the Dealer's participation nor to supply the corresponding new coats to Dealer.
8. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any and all prior written agreements relating to the subject matter.
9. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The parties hereto agree to act in a fair and reasonable manner with respect to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this agreement.
Intending to be legally bound, the parties have executed this agreement as of the day and year registration is submitted.
